Jobs in Portland: Oregon based company is seeking a Support Manager to join our rapidly growing hardware team focusing on delivering solutions for the utility and commercial scale renewable energy market. Work will include managing a team of 8-10+ representatives, establishing metrics/policies/goals, motivating the team, tracking call queues, driving average waits down, ensuring cases are closed promptly, establishing professional support communication standards, implementing training programs, improving documentation, coordinating with management of HR decisions for the workgroup. Employee will be responsible for resolving technical installation problems escalated from the technical support and engineering teams. Requirements 3+ years minimum support management experience. Experience in SCADA, electrical, communication wiring, IT and/or related fields (proven ability to master the technical aspects of the product). Business management, engineering, or applicable degree. Preferred Experience Management of call center teams. Management of technical IT, engineering, or communication teams. Engineering and/or technical support in related fields. Experience in Case management. Experience in CRM, ERP, ticketing, and business systems. Salary will be based on experience.
