Qualified candidates will possess at least five years of solid trademark paralegal experience, with a proven ability to actively manage and monitor a large and active caseload. In addition to significant practice experience, successful candidates must possess advanced knowledge of trademark law and procedure. This position requires a responsible, proactive approach to managing deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to produce high-quality, substantive written work. This is a full-time position, and requires occasional overtime.
