Your high-level mission will be to optimize the parts and service management function for a vehicle distributor with a world-wide reputation for leadership and innovation. This involves weekly travel to our franchised Isuzu dealerships to maximize dealer business growth and customer satisfaction. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or directly related work experience required. A minimum of three years experience in dealer service and parts operations, as well as knowledge of modern diesel and gasoline vehicle systems and on-highway vehicle mechanical and electrical familiarity also required. Previous experience as an automotive truck technician and/or parts management. Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. You also will need to be able to travel approximately three to four times a week to visit your dealership clients.
