Position 1- Sheetrock/Paint/Finish Carpentry Must have 5+ years of consistent experience in performing finish carpentry, drywall (hanging/finish), and painting. Must be able to work in a high pressure environment and be team work oriented. OSHA certification preferred High priority given to individuals with mold and, or EPA Lead Certification Retired or Ex-Military honored Pay Scale: $15-$17 with reviews Position 2- Working Foreman Must have strong organizational skills in providing onsite management while working with employees. Must have ability to complete daily reports and review timesheets in a accurate and prompt manner. Must be able to interpret plans and follow the direction of both Superintendent and, or Project Manager Must have strong understanding of building envelope remediation Must have 4+ experience with self-performing work in two of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, siding, roofing, or mold abatement. Must have 3+ experience with managing multiple trades which entails scheduling, providing quantity take offs, creation of a scope of work, and championing permits For a period of 6 months, individual must have a truck with the ability to pull trailer (if needed) For probationary period of 6 months, individual must have truck and own tools. Transportation and tools provided upon completion of probationary period. Tools provided to bonded individuals. OSHA certification required (expired is ok but must renew) EPA Lead Certification or Mold Certification Retired Military honored Pay Scale: $17-$21 per hour with bi-weekly performance bonuses Paid Vacation and Holidays Profit Sharing after 1 year with 40% matching contribution from Employer Allowances Position 3- General Construction with Preference Given to PLUMBING trade Must have 5+ years of consistent experience in general construction with a specialization in Plumbing. Individual will be responsible for repairing plumbing repairs for 1000+ apartment units and managing large repipe projects. Individual will also be asked to assist team with general construction duties which includes carpentry, hanging (not finishing) sheetrock. For probationary period of 6 months, individual must have truck and own tools. Transportation and tools provided upon completion of probationary period. Tools provided to bonded individuals.
