Requires management of 20+ employees with ability to implement and execute HR aspects of the organization. Must have experience with governmental regulations and compliance requirements for billing of services, provider credentialing and risk management. Strong computer skills and experience with EMRs necessary. Will be responsible for overall management, long term planning and day to day operations of the practice.
