We are smart people with a plan, looking for developers who want to share our profits and help the company grow. As a senior software developer on our team you will: - Design, develop, deploy, manage and maintain portions of high-volume 24x7 web sites - Participate in requirements gathering, project scoping, and task estimation. - Come up with ideas on how to improve existing software (tools, technologies, refactoring) - Clearly articulate your ideas and thoughts verbally and in writing. - Balance priorities and meet deadlines Required skills - 5+ years' experience developing with an object-oriented language - Experience with PHP strongly preferred; must be willing to work in PHP - 5+ years' experience developing distributed web-based applications - Proven ability to debug, design, and refactor large software systems - Experience with RDBMS, SQL; (MySQL preferred) - 2+ years with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS experience preferred - Experience developing in a UNIX environment Education - Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field Accretive Technology Group, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
